The Design
A public library in the middle of the city, in Monot one of the oldest and most cultural areas of the country. The concept is simply to have of a central void and having all the functions around it, and let the book shelfs create the interior circulation.
As for addressing the exterior area, the whole project is elevated by a few steps above street level, and surrounded by a public piazza to create a welcoming environment to everyone.
